What is a credit? ↓

One credit = one tailored resume. You upload your resume + job description, and we generate a fully rewritten, ATS-optimised PDF. Credits on packs don't auto-renew.

Will the AI invent fake experience? ↓

No. Our Constitutional AI validation layer cross-checks every rewritten bullet against your original resume. Any claim without a source is rolled back to the original text. We guarantee zero hallucinated facts.

What ATS systems does the output work with? ↓

Our PDFs are tested against Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever. Single-column layout, standard fonts (Helvetica/Arial), no tables, no images — exactly what ATS parsers expect.

What file types do you accept? ↓

PDF and DOCX (Word). For PDFs, we use spatial text extraction to handle multi-column layouts. Image-only (scanned) PDFs have reduced quality.

How is my data handled? ↓

Your resume is encrypted at rest. We never sell your data. Files are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can export or permanently delete all your data from the Settings page (GDPR Art. 17).

What happens if processing fails? ↓

Your credit is automatically refunded. You'll see an error message with an option to retry.
